Richard B. Greene
President, FC Settlement
Richard Greene brings an entrepreneurial mindset and a career spanning sports, finance, and education to the title insurance industry.
After earning his undergraduate degree from the University of Connecticut and attending graduate school at the University of Miami, Mr. Greene began his career in the sports industry. His experience included brokering minor league sports franchises, serving as a partial owner of a minor league basketball team, and representing professional football players as an NFL sports agent. He also shared his expertise as an adjunct instructor at Lynn University.
Mr. Greene later transitioned to the financial sector, joining Bear Stearns, where he worked for several years on the Convertible Bond Desk. This experience further strengthened his analytical, business, and relationship-management skills.
In 2006, Mr. Greene seized an opportunity to acquire a title insurance agency. While the move represented a significant career change, he leveraged his extensive business experience, industry relationships, and entrepreneurial vision to build a national title insurance agency. Today, he has more than two decades of experience in the title insurance industry and continues to lead with a commitment to service, innovation, and professional excellence.
Under his leadership, the company has established a reputation for delivering reliable title and settlement services while maintaining the highest standards of integrity and client care.

Stanley Pappachan is a New York attorney with more than 25 years of experience representing clients in residential and commercial real estate transactions. His practice combines extensive legal knowledge with decades of hands-on experience in the title insurance industry, providing clients with practical guidance throughout every stage of the closing process.
Stanley earned both his Bachelor's degree and Juris Doctor from St. John's University and is admitted to practice law in the State of New York. Throughout his career, he has advised homebuyers, sellers, lenders, developers, investors, and real estate professionals on a broad range of real estate matters, helping clients navigate complex transactions while minimizing risk and resolving issues efficiently.
Drawing on his background in both law and title insurance, Stanley works closely with clients to identify potential title concerns, coordinate successful closings, and protect their legal and financial interests. His practical, solution-oriented approach enables transactions to move forward smoothly while ensuring that every detail receives careful attention.
